3Pause during a game to access it. There are many different things you can do such as Weapon select with R button and Character select with L button (after activating them).
4Use the R button to select different weapons during gameplay. There doesn't seem to be a way to go backwards in selection.
5Use the L button to switch through playable characters during the game. There doesn't seem to be a button to scroll backwards in selection. Game will freeze sometimes when you scroll through enough characters.
6This activates an item on the main menu screen. It is only temporary.
