Notes |
1 | If you're like most gamers, you probably like trying to acquire all the extra built in cheats put in the games by completing a specific task within a certain amount of time. And if you really are like most gamers, you've probably found yourself with a seemingly impossible-to-earn cheat option.
Many of the people who have played GoldenEye, can earn most of the cheats. However, one that is incredibly difficult to achieve is the Invincibility option awarded to you in the Facility on 00 Agent mode. If you can manage to complete this mission in under 2:05, the cheat is yours. That isn't a simple feat, by any means. But wouldn't it be nice if you could actually gain that same option, only this time, on Agent mode within 60:00? Well with these codes, you can.
The Agent mode that you see listed with asteriks (*), is the default difficulty setting for the cheat option available for the mission. You don't have to just change the time for that difficulty, you can modify any of the three (Agent, Secret Agent & 00 Agent) and be able to earn the same cheat on either an easier setting or a harder one. To get you started, I will give you an example of what is possible.
Complete the Facility on Agent mode (instead of 00 Agent) within 60:00 (rather than 2:05) to gain the Invincibility cheat: 8102B56A 0E10 + 8102B56E 0000.
The first line makes it so the Agent mode now has a Target Time of one hour, and the second line cancels out the 00 Agent modes Target Time all together. You don't have to use both lines, if you don't want to. All that is really necessary is the first line, unless you want to only be able to get the cheat on Agent, and not both Agent and 00 Agent.
Since you should have a fairly good understanding about this now, here are some time digits to give you an idea to how the timing system works.
One second (0:01) = 0001 Five Seconds (0:05) = 0005 Ten seconds (0:10) = 000A Thirty seconds (0:30) = 001E One minute (1:00) = 003C A minute and a half (1:30) = 005A Two minutes (2:00) = 0078 Two and a half minutes (2:30) = 0096 Three minutes (3:00) = 00B4 Four minutes (4:00) = 00F0 Five minutes (5:00) = 012C Six minutes (6:00) = 0168 Seven minutes (7:00) = 01A4 Eight minutes (8:00) = 01E0 Nine minutes (9:00) = 021C Ten minutes (10:00) = 0258 One hour (60:00) = 0E10
So if you want a time of 4:35, just take the 4:00 digit and add both the 0:30 and 0:05 digits together. That's 00F0 + 001E + 0005. Your new digit should be 0113. Once you get used to how the time works and the hex digits, you'll be on your way to remaking your own cheat option award system. |
