Notes

Side-scrolling levels: One hit is lethal for both you and enemies. Switch on during boss battles for an easy victory (as long as you don't get hit!) Some forms of gun fire do no damage to either side.

First-person levels, excluding Asteroids level: one hit is lethal to enemies only. Hits to you restore you to full strength. You can only be damaged by crashing into things; crashing into some enemies will kill you.

On side-scrolling levels, you can walk straight off of whatever surface you're standing on into open air and not fall, just like a cartoon. You can get down by jumping.

On side-scrolling levels, if you're touching the ground, you automatically die. This is a fast, convenient way to get to the password screen; just enter the code, and leave FX off until you're tired of playing.
