Notes
1NOTE: The following codes MUST be entered at the start of a new game. If you're using an emulator, load the ROM, enter the codes, then reset the game. The codes will not take effect until AFTER that character has their first battle.

Thus, the 2nd and 3rd characters (Lenna and Galuf) will not level-up until after their first battle in the cave.

And don't forget to reset the game after you enter the codes.

Also, I'm not sure if raising the characters starting levels will effect gameplay later on in the game. In other words, I haven't tested these codes through the entire game yet.
2His HP will increase to 55, and his MP will increase to 14. Code won't take effect until AFTER the first battle.
3His HP will increase to 110, and his MP will increase to 30. Code won't take effect until AFTER the first battle.
4His HP will increase to 405, and his MP will increase to 83! Code won't take effect until AFTER the first battle.
5Her HP and MP will also increase. Code won't take effect until AFTER the first battle.
6Her HP will increase to 106, and her MP will increase to 31. Code won't take effect until AFTER the first battle.
7Her HP will increase to 391, and her MP will increase to 88! Code won't take effect until AFTER the first battle.
8His HP and MP will also increase. Code won't take effect until AFTER the first battle.
9His HP and MP will also increase. Code won't take effect until AFTER the first battle.
10His HP will increase to 412, and his MP will increase to 82! Code won't take effect until AFTER the first battle.
11The first line is his current HP and the second line is his max HP, so if you're willing to dispense with a few Keals, the first line isn't really neccessary.
12** = DD-63 (0-99) BUT NOT HIGHER or it will be set to 0.
13You can enter the codes right before you get the character. The main character codes must be used before the start of a new game.

You can put any letters you want for the first two digits. Using the
'High Byte' HP codes will have greater effect than the 'Low Byte' codes.
Codes must be entered before a new game. Do not set Strength, Agility,
Vitality, or Magic Power above 99 or it will be 0.
