Notes
1	These codes are for the JAPANESE version of FF4, "hard type". I used the ROM address conversion technique to compare the Japanese and American games and adjusted some of the codes to the new memory addresses.
2	Go into a town and talk to a person. You will get into a battle, and your sole party member will be Golbez (Level 50, HP 2943/2943, MP 180/180). His battle menu is just "Fight", but you can change it using other codes (try giving him "Twin"!)
3	These codes are the same as their FF2 NTSC counterparts.
4	Many of the items you will get for free, but some of them you will still have to pay the regular price, so it may be a good idea to also use the "Money doesn't decrease in shops" Galoob code, or a similar code. There are 2 different versions of this game, so if these codes don't work, you probably have a different version.
5	You will have to experiment to find the items you want. Example code: A4CB-A1DA Allows you to buy "Blue-Fang" in the Tool Shop in the town of Baron (Instead of Potion). Here is a list of numbers or letters you can use in place of "xx": 0123456789ABCDEF
6	By changing the first 2 digits of these codes, you can have that character start with any weapon, any shield, any helmet, any armor, or any gauntlet you want! By using all 5 codes together for that character, you can build a truly powerful character.
7	There are 2 different versions of this game, so if these codes don't work, you probably have a different version.
8	Also, his attack is increased from 15 to 167! Change the first 2 digits of the code for different items.
9	Also, his defense and magic defense are increased. Change the first 2 digits of the code for different items.
