2The game can be played normally with this code on. You can play any mode, pick any characters, and select any of the normal levels you want. But this code allows you to have a few extra options. At the stage select screen you can press any of the following button combinations to access the special unavailable stages.
These codes allow you to play normal Vs. Mode matches in various character's Target Test levels. You can have races to see who can break the most targets, see how other characters fare in the levels, or just beat the snot out of your friends in some new areas. Note that a few of the areas (like Game & Watch's) give you no way to kill your opponent. However, breaking all of the targets will always end the match.

To use these codes,
1. Start your Vs. match as normal and go to the level select screen.
2. Hold the button combination from before you select your level, until after the level has loaded.

Please be careful when entering the code. Check each line twice before moving on. Because of the length of this code, it is very difficult to figure out your mistake after the entire thing is typed in.

6A lot of people have been pointing out how annoying it is that you can only have one level code on at a time. This code will solve that problem. This one monster code actually combines all of the stage codes for this version. The nice thing about this code is that it allows you to have all of the levels active at the same time. It does this by allowing the levels to be activated by buttons.

The game can be played normally with this code on. You can play any mode, pick any characters, and select any of the normal levels you want. But this code allows you to have a few extra options. At the stage select screen you can press any of the following button combinations to access the special unavailable stages:

Dpad Left + A = Beta Level
Dpad Right + A = F-Zero Adventure Level
Dpad Up + A = Ice Climber Adventure Level
Dpad Down + A = Luigi Target Test

Dpad Left + Y = Samus Target Test
Dpad Right + Y = Dr. Mario Target Test
Dpad Up + Y = Peach Target Test
Dpad Down + Y = DK Target Test

Dpad Left + X = G&W Target Test
Dpad Right + X = Mewtwo Target Test

Pressing any of the button combinations will load the coresponding level. From there you can continue to play the game as normal. Think of it as a different way to pick your level. But please be careful when entering the code. Check each line twice before moving on. Because of the length of this code it is very difficult to figure out your mistake after the entire thing is typed in.
7Yoshi Island - Get Stuck Under Blocks!
F-Zero - Invisible Platform In Centre, No Cars, No Camera Panning
Brinstar Depths - Kraid Doesn't Rotate Level!
Mushroom Kingdom - Completely Black (Press Start To See Where You Are)
MK R. Cruise - Start Far Left

Note: Most levels work with this code on, but 'I. Glacier' crashes.
8Captain Falcon's car keeps doing loop after loop. How long can you stay alive?!?! Only affects Big Blue.
9F+Zero - Invisible Platform In Centre, No Cars, No Camera Panning

(Condensed as much as possible without code not working.)
10This code may cause unwanted effects on some levels. Use at your personal discretion.
11Yoshi Island - Stuck if you hit under blocks
Termina Bay - Turtle not physically there, accelerate passage of time at start of match, hitting Tickle can cause self K.O.
Kirby Dream Land - Different?
Brinstar Depths - No Kraid
M. Kingdom & Rainbow Course - Constant shift to right. Nice for seeing level!
M. Kingdom 1&2 - Black Environment (Can't See Unless You Pause)
12Fountain in "Fountain of Dreams" glows
There is a weird fog effect on other stages
Brinstar is just filled with Lava
Poke'mon stadium freezes after 30 seconds.
