Notes |
| With a lot of N64 games, instead of subtracting they add negative values. Apparently this is because the add opcodes have the 'immediate' parameter but the subtract instructions don't. (No idea why or what it means.) So instead of just subtracting 20 from your Health it adds negative 20, which is essentially the same thing. Use FF9C (-100) for 1-hit losses. |
| These codes are for before battle and work everywhere. Thus you can set the Enemy HP to 1 and they won't be invincible. If you want any of these to affect every enemy Pokémon, add this line above every line in the code: 50000654 0000. |
| Here's an interesting fact. Use these codes: 810AF02C 9696 and 810AF02E 9696. This will make the first enemy Pokémon's moves all be Splash. Go ahead, check. Start a 2 Player battle with these codes on and have P2 send out his first Pokémon and check its moves. All of them should be Splash. Now, start a 1 Player battle in Stadium mode against the hardest opponent you can (harder ones tend to do this more often, Battle Now and Free Battle usually won't work). Now watch. As the battle goes on, they'll begin using other moves! Check the addresses in the Memory Editor - still 96 96 96 96. As in they still only know Splash! Yet they're using other moves! So what does all this prove? Simple. Pokémon Stadium is rigged! All this time Nintendo's been complaining about us cheating and yet their games are doing it! Just thought you may find that interesting. |
| All enemies have 1 HP and only know Struggle. If you hurt them, they faint, otherwise they use Struggle and faint from impact! |
