Notes
1You must place the Pokemon you wish to affect at the top of your party. Turn the Cheat Device on, and then turn it off again. Place the Pokemon into the computer at a Pokecenter. Upon withdrawing it, you should notice its stats have risen. Repeat with any other Pokemon.

(NOTE: You must also do this with the DV Modifier)
2The first question mark is the Attack DV, the second one is the Defense DV, the third one is the Speed DV, and the last one is the Special DV. Setting them all to "F" will yield a Pokemon with maximum stats.

03- 3 Pokemon, 2 fainted
04- 4 Pokemon, 3 Fainted
05- 5 Pokemon, 4 fainted
06- 6 Pokemon, 5 Fainted
5Up to 8 Pokémon in your party. This code is dangerous. Do NOT save with this code on. Be careful with this code.
6When seen by a trainer you haven't beat, the trainer will see you forever.
7This gives you three of any symbol in a row everytime. Turn on the code when the all the slots are rotating then press A to stop each slot. When you are showed your winnings, turn off the code.
Replace all ??s with:
08=Berry-6 coins
0C=Pikachu-8 coins
10=Squirtle-10 coins
14=Staryu-15 coins
04=Pokeball-50 coins
00=7-300 coins
06=?-1536 coins
0A=?-2048 coins
8When you're opponent is beaten and it says that the enemy has fainted, turn on the code. Press A to go to the next line of words and it tells you how much exp. you got from battle.Now turn off the code and press A to start adding the exp. to your exp. bar.Always use one pokemon to win a battle if you want to use this code.
If you use more than one pokemon, everyone will go up a lot but some pokemon will be able to quickly learn all the moves normally acquired from level gaining although you have not yet reached the level.
9Turn Cheat Device on and off to get different kinds of music!
10Returns to 0:00 after 9999:59. The first 2 are hours, the last is minutes.
11This code gives you all the room decorations permanently.
Put these codes in only once to get all the room decorations and you won't have to put the codes in again!
12It should be all of them. My L3 Clefairy learned 9 moves after leveling up to L7. If not, play with the digits a bit.
BTW, I hacked this code thru ASM.
1300=New Order
01=123 Order
02=ABC Order
UNOWN MODE IS NOT PART OF THIS CODE.
14Turn on in the intro. The game will blank out. Once the code is turned off, the game will restart with the new colors. Believe me, they're funky.
15First things first, I didn't originally hack this, but I did modify it to work better. (I'm not sure who the original hacker was.)
Now, I know the code is invalid, but it will still work. Since lines 1 and 3 have the same address but different values, the line 01000000 must be between the 2 lines in order to slow the writes. (If they are together, the device will attempt to write both values at the same time. Seperating them causes the values to alternate.) With some devices, you will sometimes only be able to jump 2 directions, if this happens, turn the codes off and back on. Some devices may also be confused when turning the code on or off from a saved list, due to the 2 addresses being the same. Emulators may also have problems.
16Go in any door, and you'll appear in a beta Safari Zone! There are 2 funny objects behind you when you enter, and some incisible walls (some grass also acts as walls). And though their is grass, there aren't any Pokémon in it. You can find Pokémon in the water tho. Just don't save there (or can you?) because you can't get out.
17Replace ?? with any digits to complete the warp. Exit the room through stairs, a door, or a ladder.

It is best if this code is used in an area free of obstructions (e.g. people, walls), as those obstructions may block an exit that would normally make a modifier safe. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT talk to any characters until you have exited the area and completed the warp!

Some digits will take you to the same building/cave but at different spots. The following are the current digits that were found safe for in-doors. It has been tested in Sprout Tower, although it should work in any indoor area:

02 - 08 = Sprout Tower
0C & 0E = Burnt Tower
11 - 15 = Radio Tower
17 - 1A = One of The Four Puzzles At Ruins of Alph (Each One Will Consistantly Lead To A Certain Puzzle)
21 = Slopoke Cave
22, 23, 24, 26, 27 = Olivine Light-House
18This makes the game think every Pokémon in your party has participated in brutally murdering the enemy Pokémon. Thus, the experience is split 6 ways, but use the max exp gained code (01FF7ECF, 01FF7FCF), and all Pokémon get 65,535 experience each! Cool!
PS: Pika98765 is also known as HyperHacker!
19This lets you play as someone else, with the right sprite for every direction and animation that they would normally do! The character changes from area to area. Valid values are multiples of 12 , or 0Ch. (For you lazy people, those values are 0C, 18, 24, 30, 3C, 48, 54, 60, 6C, 78, 84, 90, 9C, A8, B4, C0, CC, D8, E4, F0 and FC. 00 is the default image.) All other values are glitches. In areas with few sprites, high values may also be glitches.
20This adds a door to the Safari Zone building in Fuschia City. You can actually enter the beta safari zone this way! Save before you go in because there is no exit.
21Enter the value of an attack, and both Pokémon's moves will have that animation. But wait, there's more! Enter any of the values below, and sending out Pokémon will also have these animations!
00 Throw Ball
01 Default Animation
02 Shrink
03 Birds Fly Around
04 Snore
05 Flame
06 Skull Flies By
07 Get Shot At
08 Ice Flashes
09 Wavy Lines
0A Hearts Appear
0B Sandstorm
0C Ghosts
0D Twister
0E No Animation
0F Flash
10 Quake
11 Slow Quake
12 Major Quake
13 Same as 11 but no Pokémon
14 Same as 10 but no Pokémon
15 Smack
16 Same as 0E
When using a value other than 00, thrown Poké Balls of any type will always catch the enemy Pokémon if it can be caught (IE not a trainer's PKMN). With 01 it makes a cool wave effect, others just do the animation you entered.

This code also modifies which Pokégear function is selected and the animation frames of the spinning badges on your status screen.

0D Bug Out
14 Loud Beep
24Now before you start bickering at me about how I always said this was impossible, let me tell you something. This is NOT the magic code people have been asking for ever since the games came out. It WILL NOT restore an erased or corrupted save file. It just changes whether the game detects a file or not. If you file has been erased and you set it to 1, it'll just load a blank file and freeze. If you just set it to 0 and your file appears to be gone, then and only then can it be restored this way, since it was never really gone.
25This may take a while to get working. Turn it on at the title screen and hit A. If the whole menu doesn't appear just select Continue and hit B, or go back to the title and hit A. Keep doing these things until the whole menu appears as follows: Continue
New Game
Options
Mystery Gift
Mobile
Mobile Studium

Notice the spelling on Stadium. ;) Mobile opens a beta menu used to configure the mobile phone options (but it's all gibberish because the text is Japanese in an English font). Mobile "Studium" is another beta option somehow related to Pokémon Stadium 2, but it doesn't do anything special because it needs a phone link.
Warning: Attempting to select Continue when no saved game exists will freeze the game! Also attempting to do Mystery Gift when you haven't enabled it normally may produce akward results.
Another use for this code is that it modifies the PC menus. On the Your PC menu, the value 00 disables the Decoration option while 01 enables it. Remote home arrangement! On the main PC menu it changes whether Oak's PC is listed. It freezes the pause menu so don't leave it on.
