C:Item Codes Note|N/A|N/A|
I tried to group these according to types of items rather than just list the items in the order of the combinations. I did this so it'd be easier to find the items you want -- towards the end, different types of items 20 were all jumbled together.

I grouped the Genji Equipment together because, in the game, there's only 20 one set of Genji Equipment, and it's kind of hard to find a couple of them. It's not the most powerful equipment, but finding it all is one of those status things, like getting the Adamant Armor in Final Fantasy 2, or keeping Cid alive in Final Fantasy 3 -- not entirely useful, not extremely easy to do, you just do it because it's a cool thing to do.

I don't speak or read Japanese, I had to rely on others' translations and the names of items from other games in the series. Some of the items may be misnamed, but they should all be pretty close.
