About Babidi (as far as playing as him in DBZ 3 goes):

This is the little dude that transforms into Majin-Buu before a fight. He's not supposed to be playable, but he is usable to a reasonable extent. He uses his summoning animation for just standing, and uses adult Trunk's body for action. He has no special moves, although the moves list says he has only 1 and it doesn't work. The best move he has is a 2 hit ax kick, used with down+B. Has no fireballs whatsoever, so if you counter an energy blast with one of your own (though Babidi doesn't have one), he'll disappear, leave behind the text "No Chr" (No Character), and you won't be able to continue until you reset (you can pause it and use the in-battle options, but that's it), so it's obviously best if you use the other counters instead. He is very weak both offensively and defensively, so even on difficulty level 4 even a beginner should be able to dominate him if they know a couple of moves. He uses the announcer's portrait as his own (from the battle royal, this also explains why he isn't seen until after the battle quotes or during after-battle quotes), and his own sentences are gibberish. I think that about covers Babidi.

The music modifier effects the music picked off of the options screen and for battle only, I think.
