Notes

You must enter all of these codes in order to get this code to work! The first eight lines must be in order.

To use this code properly, go into your item inventory menu and position the cursor onto any of the 128 slots in the list. Pressing the R1 button lets you sort through the item list forwards; pressing the L1 button enables you to sort through the list backwards.

Keep in mind that you must have a quantity of at least 1 of a particular item before you can change a blank slot to an item. You can increase or decrease the quantity of that item by using the L2 & R2 buttons. When changing the items backwards, don't go too far past the blank space before the 'Potion' item or the 'Occult Fan IV' item when going forwards, otherwise the game will freeze.
