Notes
1	With this code, you can go past as many levels as you want on the map screen.
2	But, you can't go down some tubes.
3	Then, if you get hit, you turn into Tanooki. While you are Tanooki, the whistle is blowing all of the time, so you can start flying immediately!
4	Similar to above code except a bit better because the timer cycles between 300 and 399, so if you wait until the timer reaches 399 before you jump up to finish the level, you'll get extra points (for the extra time).
5	NOTE: The following codes (below) are now obsolete because the new infinite time codes (above) work for the entire game (instead of only one level). I'm including the codes below just incase someone might want them for some reason.
6	Also, when you die, you can play levels you beat already over and over again.
7	Note that some of the codes are useless and just for fun. Most of the codes make the game more challenging.
8	This code glitches all other levels. Use the code SAXGOTVN to skip uncompleted levels, and get to Toad's house
9	This level cannot be completed.
10	To clear the gap in the middle of the level, run full speed on the platforms before it, and bounce upwards from a Koopa Paratroopa to a hidden cloud, from which you can jump over the gap.
11	This level cannot be completed.
12	There doesn't seem to be an exit.
13	Mario can always interact with sprites.
14	Works like magic white block powers
15	Doesn't Include Mushroom Houses, Fortresses, or Special Levels like the Pyramid in WOrld 2
16	Doesn't work on all of them
