1You'll have a 30,000 bell bag in your 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th item slots.
2Now this is a really weird code. I was looking around for more interesting items, and I ran across these. They don't have a correct icon, and they don't have any name, but apparently the game is coded to treat trees as item props.

What this code does is give you an apple tree in slot 1, an orange tree in slot 2, a peach tree in slot 3, a pear tree in slot 4, a cherry tree in slot 5, and a coconut tree in slot 6. Please note that these are full-grown trees, not fruit.
3I usually hold D-pad Down and run in circles to get it to activate. My town looks like I have been keeping it up everyday, now.


Important Note: Hit D-pad Up to Restore a memory address in acre F5. If you don't Restore after activating this code, you game will reset everytime you enter Acre F5.
4Insert the quantity digit of the item you want where the letters are, and encrypt.
5xx is the last two digits of clothing values
6xx is the floor, yy is the wall. Use the last two digits of the wall and floor item values.
7xx is the floor, yy is the wall. Use the last two digits of the wall and floor item values.
8XX is the last 2 digits of any clothing value. The value for the clothing must be written on BOTH sides of the 24 and even so isn't fully forced. When you start the game you will be wearing the code shirt, but can change into another shirt to wear. If you take off the other shirt it will transform into the code shirt. Also note that the guy who runs arount the "Press Start" Screen is wearing the code shirt
9xx is any Tool Digit
10xx = Gender. 00 is Male, 01 is female, yy = face type.
11xx = Gender. 00 is Male, 01 is female, yy = face type
12xx is the last 2 digits for any clothing value
13xx is the last 2 digits of any tool value
14xx is the last 2 digits of any clothing value
15xx = Gender. 00 is Male, 01 is female, yy = face type
16xx is the last 2 digits of any clothing value
